Join us to transform the way the world works

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. You'll join the Tracking team, which builds and operates a foundational data platform that powers LinkedIn's products and data ecosystem. Tracking enables the collection and delivery of product interaction data across LinkedIn's web, iOS, and Android experiences. This data supports product analytics, experimentation, business insights, and machine learning and AI systems across LinkedIn. As an iOS engineer on the Tracking team, you'll build and evolve the native mobile infrastructure that enables LinkedIn to capture high-quality product data at massive scale. You'll work on mobile SDKs and frameworks that run across LinkedIn's iOS experiences, solving challenging problems around performance, reliability, networking, concurrency, data persistence, and battery efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with iOS, Android, backend, infrastructure, data, and product teams to design systems that provide a consistent and reliable tracking experience across LinkedIn. Your work will directly influence the quality and efficiency of data flowing through LinkedIn's large-scale data platform and enable teams across the company to build better products. Responsibilities
