Overview: The Software Engineering Manager (M2) is responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day direction to a cross functional engineering team. This role involves establishing and executing operational plans, driving team process and technology productivity improvements, managing relationships with internal and external customers, and overseeing technical fulfillment projects. The manager also supports sales verticals in customer interactions and ensures the delivery of technology solutions aligns with business needs.
