Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend platforms and cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
This role combines strong technical leadership with people management responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, talent development, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
