The Digital & Tech Solution Manager: Product Costing & Inventory Finance plays a critical role in ensuring Haleon's Technology Platforms enable enterprise finance and manufacturing processes to be designed, governed, and operated in a consistent, scalable, and future-fit way. The Solution Manager is the enterprise-wide technology enabler for Product Costing and Inventory Finance processes and is responsible for functional design, delivery, service operation, and continuous improvement across all markets and functions under the direction of the End-to-End Record to Decision Solution Owner. This role sits at the centre of Haleon's transformation journey, ensuring Product Costing and Inventory Accounting processes evolve from legacy and fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardised, and digitally enabled capabilities that unlock value, improve financial transparency, strengthen controls, and support business growth. The Solution Manager acts as an informed decision-maker for the enterprise, enabling Business Process Owners, Process Experts, Finance Leadership, and Supply Chain stakeholders to break down functional silos and ensure technology decisions are made for the benefit of the whole organisation. Solution Managers safeguard Haleon's Technology Principles through adoption of market-standard capabilities, reduction of custom solutions, acceleration of speed to value, and delivery of globally aligned finance operations that support sustainable growth and transformation.
