Job description
- Deploy and execute global category sourcing strategies within the assigned region.
- Scout, evaluate and identify potential suppliers aligned with global sourcing/category objectives.
- Sourcing support for localization and industrialization projects, by ensuring sourcing decisions support both regional & global business needs.
- Cost optimization and Value creation, by benchmarking and market intelligence activities, VAVE proposals, consolidation and volume leveraging initiatives.
- Supplier relationship management to improve competitiveness, quality, capacity and innovation.
- Assess supplier risk related to capacity, logistics, financial health and compliance.
- Negotiate purchasing contracts in compliance with Group policies.
- Drive the improvement of suppliers’ ECOVADIS assessment, ECOVADIS scores within the assigned scope.
