The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for independently leading crossfunctional process analysis and driving
strategic transformation initiatives across the FSS Business Group and beyond
Process Analysis and Documentation
Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design the futurestate process roadmap
to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize endtoend performance
Document current processes including workflow diagrams data flowcharts and process maps to provide
a clear understanding of the current state
Data Collection and Analysis
Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance identify trends and measure the
impact of process changes
Use datadriven insights to recommend and prioritize process improvement initiatives
Crossfunctional Collaboration
Lead crossfunctional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments
acting as the primary subject matter expert for process improvements

Facilitate workshops meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problemsolving and
process improvement activities
This includes
Change Management
Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training
plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes
Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes ensuring successful adoption of
Solution Development
Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the
organizations strategic goals
Design and propose new process workflows standard operating procedures SOPs and guidelines that
drive efficiency and effectiveness
The Business Process Analyst Business Transformation will adhere to standard governance guidelines policies and
procedures This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization system enhancements and
automation to be leveraged as needed
Education Experience Required and Preferred
4 7 years of professional services experience preferably in staffing industry with at least 2 years of that
experience managing endtoend crossfunctional process improvement projects independently
Strong communication and analytical skills
Lean Six Sigma experiencecertification able to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops
Intermediate proficiency with ExcelGoogle Sheets and ability to leverage spreadsheet and other tools to
solve problemsbuild solutions
Strong documentationwritten communication with process mapping experience
Defining analyzing uncovering and crafting requirements with users
Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills ability to work with a structured and methodical
approach combined with an inquiring mind
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
Proven change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes
Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis
An IT or Business Bachelors degree
Working as part of an Agile team
Handson experience with Celonis Process Mining Execution Management Views Analyses Knowledge
Models PQL Studio Data Integration
Testing experience
Peoplesoft HR and Financials
Design capabilities for dashboards to support the business in identifying issues and prioritizing where
Google Suite
Working in a fast paced business environment and utilizing Software Development Life Cycle SDLC
Key Competencies see World League Publication if applicable
Interest affinity for technology
Willingness and ability to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn new processes
Proficient at quickly developing and sustaining close working relationships with users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to effectively communicate technical details to a
nontechnical audience ie users vendors management colleagues as well as produce clear and concise
Proven ability to review analyze and implement process improvements
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
High ability to simultaneously perform a variety of complicated tasks and manage competing priorities across
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus on complex process decisions
Ability to methodically identify analyze and resolve business and technical problems using systematic approaches
with welldocumented supportable methodologies and creative and independent thinking resulting in measurable
Ability to prioritize schedule report deliver and support automated solutions for multiple applications within
agreed timelines and overlapping schedules
