We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & PS Lead/Manager with strong expertise in S/4HANA to lead a team of functional consultants. This role involves managing service delivery, driving SAP transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration across business processes and SAP modules. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor SAP FICO & PS team; manage workload, escalations, and rostering
- Handle Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management (ITIL)
- Act as Major Incident Manager for critical issues
- Support S/4HANA implementation, testing, and transformation
- Ensure integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.)
- Approve ChaRM changes and resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation, ensure audit compliance, and drive improvements
