Job description
Role Purpose
Drive business performance through analytics, pricing insights, commission analysis, profitability tracking and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyse business performance across products, channels and customer segments.
- Drive pricing, commission and profitability analysis.
- Build dashboards, MIS and leadership insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and business improvement
initiatives.
- Partner with Business, Finance, Product, Operations and
Technology teams.
- Lead projects and influence decisions through data-driven
recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:• 2–5 years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Consulting or Financial Analysis.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL/Power BI
preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and
communication skills.
