A Day in the Life The Mobile Surgical Skill Lab (MMSSL) is a national surgical education and training initiative designed to expand access to hands-on learning experiences for surgeons across India. The program delivers practical training on minimally invasive surgery technologies through a fully equipped mobile platform featuring laparoscopic training systems, electrosurgical technologies, surgical stapling solutions, and robotic-assisted surgery simulation capabilities. This role is part of the Training & Education function and serves as the single point of ownership for national program planning, operational execution, stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight, and performance management of the Mobile Surgical Skill Lab. The position is based in Gurgaon, India and follows a Flex work arrangement, combining office-based responsibilities with extensive field engagement. Travel of approximately 60-70% across India is required to support program deployment, stakeholder meetings, and training activities.
