Sr Campaign Ops Associate, Global Shared Service (GSS), Campaign Ops, Prime Video

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate - Japanese Speaking, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations workflows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and following the SOP while creating campaigns. In this role, you will also be responsible for updating the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements

Key job responsibilities Operations:

• Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets
• Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner
• Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated
• Well versed with N2/3 kanjis and dealing with linguistic ambiguity where there would be close to less/no support
