Job Description We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in OATS PT to design, develop, execute, and analyze performance testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workload modeling, scripting, test execution, performance analysis, and CI/CD integration. The engineer will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. Key Responsibilities Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), including OpenScript and Oracle Load Testing (OLT). Expertise in script development, correlation, parameterization, and debugging of performance test scripts. Experience analyzing application performance using monitoring and profiling tools. Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and enterprise application architectures. Understanding of performance engineering methodologies and best practices. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to performance optimization. Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other enterprise ERP applications.
