Sr. Credit Manager - Midmarket & NBFC| Hyderabad

To manage credit evaluation and risk assessment activities for the Midmarket and NBFC portfolios by ensuring sound credit underwriting, portfolio quality, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and timely credit decision-making that supports sustainable business growth.

• Independently appraise and evaluate credit proposals and assess the risk of adding transactions to the Bank's loan portfolio.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, identify information requirements, and assess customer business models, industry dynamics, and long-term viability.
• Review financial statements, cash flows, and key credit metrics to assess creditworthiness and identify risks.
• Structure credit facilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigants, covenants, and security arrangements.
• Prepare credit recommendations, identify key risks, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks.
• Ensure credit facilities are appropriately rated, graded, and documented in line with business, audit, and compliance requirements.
