The Sr. Developer, Quality Engineering drives intelligent, future-ready quality engineering across AGCO’s Offboard Execution landscape. The role combines hands-on manual testing with the design, development, and evolution of scalable automation for web, mobile, API, and performance testing. By embedding continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines and enabling AI-assisted capabilities—including smarter test design, risk-based prioritization, self-healing automation, predictive quality insights, and accelerated defect analysis—the position improves release confidence, speed, and reliability. Working closely with cross-functional Agile teams, this role provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, advances modern testing standards, and turns emerging technologies into measurable quality and business outcomes.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality testing solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test solutions and UI test suites using tools such as ACCELQ and other automation frameworks.
