Sr Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineer Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the company, leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions, developing and executing engineering strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Reliability Strategy & SLO Management

• Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets alongside product teams.
• Establish reliability benchmarks and enforce architectural standards across the enterprise.
• Act as an evangelist for the SRE mindset, driving a proactive rather than reactive operational culture.

2. Incident Response & Observability

• Lead cross-team efforts during critical production outages and high-severity incidents.
