Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to lead Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, business planning, financial governance, portfolio reporting, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The individual will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, finance, sales, HR, and talent acquisition to improve business performance and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational governance and business performance across practices or business units.

• Track key business KPIs including revenue, utilization, headcount, productivity, and margins.

• Monitor demand pipeline, resource fulfilment, and operational health.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Prepare revenue forecasts, margin analysis, and variance reports.
