Sr Lead Engineer- Display

Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering General Summary: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join the Windows Display Team in Hyderabad. The role will provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, optimization, and commercialization of display driver software for Windows-based Snapdragon platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong systems and display-domain expertise with hands-on execution, project leadership, mentoring, and effective cross-functional collaboration. What You Will Do

• Own moderately complex display-driver features or projects from requirements and architecture through implementation, validation, bring-up, and product delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis of complex display issues across software, firmware, operating-system, and hardware boundaries; integrate and verify evidence from traces, logs, register dumps, and experiments.
• Drive display bring-up and stabilization on new Snapdragon platforms, including pre-silicon readiness, board bring-up, feature enablement, performance tuning, and commercialization support.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, graphics, power, security, validation, system, and customer-engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
