To know more about us click here. Mission of the Role: Manage and drive the programs to deliver mechanical designs for Visteon products, on-cost, on-time, on-quality. Key Objectives of this Role: •Responsible for the design delivery, meeting Quality, Cost and Schedule target •Mentor team members to grow them in the career path •Collaborate with the stakeholders throughout the execution of the programs •Problem solving and Systemic improvement in the process Key Performance Indicators: •BOM compliance •Engineering budget compliance •Process Quality compliance •Deliverables Say/Do ratio •Top talents attrition ratio
