Job Overview
The Sr. R&D Product development Engineer will be responsible to develop new products and sustenance of existing product lines including Terminal and Connectors & Accessories of ICT business unit at TE Connectivity. This position Leads/support small and medium sized NPI/ NPD , projects and/ or Supports Advance development projects to improve technology readiness level
Job Requirements
- Lead product design and development using engineering tools (e.g., Creo) and domain expertise.
- Support New Product Development (NPD), cost optimization, and VAVE initiatives.
- Drive customer engagement through VOC collection, technical proposals, and design reviews.
- Develop DVP&R, DFMEA, and support PFMEA activities.
- Own design releases, BOM management, and product data management.
