Position description: Responsible for complete process of a loan application commencing from customer identification to disbursement and clarifications after disbursement if any in addition to supporting the growth of the branch and ensuring individual revenue targets are achieved consistently.

• Category: Graduation in any discipline

Required work experience

• Years of experience: 2+ years of experience in selling of home loan/non home loan/construction finance products/related companies preferably

• Business development – customer identification through various sources
• Sales/revenue target achievement
• Customer relationship management
• Documentation and quality of customers
• Overall customer experience

Required Skills:

• Sound understanding of home loan products
• Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
• Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
• Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship internally and externally
• Good negotiation skills
• Demonstration of high degree of perseverance and resilience
