Job Description Role Overview The Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Band 4C) will be a pivotal and highly experienced member of our Investment Operations team, responsible for leading complex reconciliation processes, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity across our investment portfolios. This role requires an expert-level understanding of financial instruments, reconciliation methodologies, and the BlackRock Aladdin platform. The Senior Analyst will be instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and resolving the most intricate cash and position breaks, proactively addressing systemic issues, and implementing robust solutions.
