Sr Supply Planner

Senior Supply Planner We are seeking a Supply Planner to support supply planning for key lines of business and optimize supply from toller and external manufacturing operations. In this role, you will translate demand into feasible supply plans, align inventory with service-level targets, identify supply risks, and partner cross-functionally to ensure reliable supply, healthy inventory, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What You Will Do Supply Planning

• Execute standard supply and inventory planning processes with internal Supply Chain partners and external toller partners.
• Lead the monthly SIOP/Supply Planning cycle by translating demand into feasible supply plans that support customer service and inventory objectives.
• Identify capacity, material, and supply constraints; escalate risks and support resolution with Procurement and cross-functional partners.
• Support a positive working environment and continuous improvement mindset across planning processes.

Inventory Management

• Align inventory targets with forecasted demand, supply constraints, and service-level goals in partnership with inventory leadership.
• Monitor inventory health, including excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and inactive stock, and recommend mitigation plans.
