Role Summary
This position is an IT infrastructure role based in Mumbai, India, responsible for supporting IT operations across India, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. The position involves managing end-user requests, hardware refreshes, asset management, and vendor coordination. It requires ensuring IT infrastructure compliance and supporting various IT projects and security initiatives without direct people management responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement timely hardware refreshes for servers, switches, and wireless equipment.
- Manage IT assets, including lease renewals, quarterly reconciliations, and proper retirement or disposal of fixed assets.
