About the Role The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrated enterprise systems. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce testing, Selenium automation, API validation, and end-to-end integration testing within Agile teams. The successful candidate will also mentor junior team members and drive quality engineering best practices.
What You'll Need Strong IT professional with 4-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing, including Salesforce CRM applications. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, accountability, and the ability to independently lead testing activities.
Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing (Cases, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case).
- 4+ years of experience in Agile testing environments.
- Strong experience in designing and executing Functional, Regression, Integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
