Experience bar:
- Min. 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven delivery track record; experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
Technical areas to assess:
- .NET / C# proficiency
- FDD and Kanban methodology depth
- Serverless AWS cloud platforms
- SDLC tooling — Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
- DORA / SPACE metrics — experience using these to drive team productivity
- CI/CD pipeline ownership and implementation

- Translating business strategy into engineering priorities
