Staff Nurse

• Patient Care & Assessment: Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure), perform clinical assessments, and execute prescribed medical care.

• Medication & Treatment: Administer oral and intravenous medications, dress wounds, and assist physicians during diagnostic and surgical procedures.

• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update individual patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, legally compliant medical records, intake/output charts, and shift reports.

• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, post-treatment recovery, and lifestyle modifications.

• Ward & Safety Management: Ensure aseptic environments, manage emergency equipment, supervise support staff, and handle patient admissions and discharges
