Staff Nurse - Nursing

Key Responsibilities Patient Care

• Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Provide bedside nursing care and support to patients.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing activities and patient records.

Clinical Duties

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and treatment procedures.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when required.

Patient Education

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Provide health awareness and preventive care guidance.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
