A Snapshot of Your Day (STATCOM Bid Manager)

As a STATCOM Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development and execution of techno-commercial bids for Siemens Energy's STATCOM and FACTS solutions across global markets. You will be responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle for complex EPC projects, ensuring competitive, high-quality, and customer-centric proposals that align with Siemens Energy's business objectives and profitability targets.

In this role, you will work closely with regional units, global competency hubs, engineering, procurement, planning, EHS, quality, legal, and commercial teams to deliver winning proposals and support business growth. You will act as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and global teams, ensuring effective coordination, risk management, and commercial competitiveness throughout the bid process. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in FACTS, HVDC, and power transmission systems who can combine technical expertise, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills to strengthen Siemens Energy's position in the global energy transition.
