Global Procurement Category Manager – Capital Projects (CapEx)
This position reports to the Global Procurement Category Lead – Capital Projects within a centralized procurement organization. The primary responsibility is to develop and lead global sourcing strategies for given set of CapEx categories in the space of equipment, construction, and engineering services.
This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing key contracts, leading complex sourcing initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure capital are delivered efficiently, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, data analysis, and strong negotiation skills to drive value, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), and ensure compliance with procurement policies. CapEx procurement experience in the space of Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation and general contractor will be preferred.
