Strategist, Service and Infrastructure Transformation

As a Strategist, you will own the end-to-end design and execution of service and case management infrastructure transformations across People Operations (POps). Partnering with business strategy, AI, platform, and technical teams, you will translate high-level vision into scalable operational models and launch targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans that drive systemic adoption and value. You will be adept at shaping and leading projects end to end, building for future state service strategies and infrastructure, and catalyzing change for POps teams and Googlers. • Lead high-impact, complex transformation initiatives from concept to deployment. Define strategies to address complex operational challenges, direct cross-functional teams without direct authority, and establish key performance metrics and post-launch governance to track long-term ROI.
