The Lead – Strategy supports formulation and execution of corporate and business strategies. The role drives strategic planning, market intelligence, and cross-functional strategic initiatives to enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional perspective ? Support long-term revenue and profitability goals through strategic initiatives ? Develop business cases and financial models for new opportunities ? Monitor performance of strategic projects against financial targets ? Support investment prioritization and resource allocation

Customer Perspective ? Enhance market positioning and customer value propositions ? Support strategic partnerships and alliances ? Build confidence among internal stakeholders through strategic clarity ? Represent strategy function in cross-functional forums

Internal Process Perspective ? Support corporate strategy and annual business planning ? Conduct market research and competitive analysis ? Track execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs ? Prepare strategy dashboards and management reports ? Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments ? Coordinate with business heads for strategy implementation
