About the Department
The Investment Compliance team plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of Franklin Templeton’s investment activities by overseeing investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, client mandates, and compliance controls. The team works closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Technology, Operations, and global stakeholders to manage risk, strengthen governance, and support business priorities. Team members collaborate across regions, contribute to process improvements, and drive technology, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
