The Supply Chain Development Manager is responsible for leading supplier and supply chain development activities within the assigned region. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, qualifying, and developing suppliers to support current and future business requirements. The position drives availability and capability of new and existing suppliers across quality, delivery, capacity, technology, operational excellence, and supply continuity to ensure alignment with MKS strategic objectives. The Supply Chain Development Manager serves as the primary interface between suppliers and MKS cross-functional stakeholders for strategic supply chain programs within the region. The role collaborates closely with Category Management, Business Units stakeholders (Engineering and Management), Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure supplier readiness, risk mitigation, and successful program execution.
