What You'll Do BCG has set an industry-leading net zero commitment that requires rigorous measurement systems, trusted reporting, and scalable operational processes. As the Sustainability Data & Analytics Senior Manager, you will manage the operational, analytical, and technical delivery of BCG’s internal sustainability measurement systems—ensuring data quality, consistent methodologies, and actionable insights across the globe. You will manage a Senior Analyst and provide guidance and project direction to technical partners, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional data owners. Working closely with the Director of Internal Sustainability, the Reduce team, Data Tribe, Data Platform and Products teams, and external vendors, you will provide the leadership, project direction, and expert oversight necessary for BCG to meet its reporting obligations and advance its net zero program.
