Work you'll do
As a Workday Analyst on the Core HCM workstream during implementation, you will support configuration of foundational HR data structures as part of a new Workday deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration Support
- Assist in configuring supervisory organizations, staffing models, and business processes.
- Support build of location, job profile, and position management setups.
2. Requirements Gathering
- Participate in design workshops to capture Core HCM requirements.
- Document configuration decisions in design workbooks.
