Your work profile
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Configure Workday Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules to meet business requirements.
- Set up time-off policies, benefits plans, learning content, and other module-specific configurations.
- Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed.
