Team Lead - Finance & Accounts

Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A) Function: Finance | Experience: 4–5 years CA or 7-8 year CMA/ICWA Location: Plant – DHAR (MP) 60KMs from Indore --- Role Objective Work as Plant F&A SPOC with strong financial analysis, and decision support by delivering accurate forecasts on varied areas, insightful MIS, Focus on all Capex projects delivery , Compliances on GST , PSI , NSSO any other govt authority related matters , closely working with cross functional teams on varied plant related F&A issues --- Key Accountabilities · Support the F&A Cluster head with all finance & accounts related matters at the plant · Prepare management dashboards with clear variance analysis · Work closely on F&A support for GST , PSI , NSSO & other govt related compliance · Support on Capex, CWIP & other related aspects for the plant · Resolve all audit related issues for the Plant · Focus on continuous process & controls improvement at the plant · Overlook Physical verification at the plant · Focus on use of AI tools for forecasting and analytics --- Key Skills & Capabilities · Strong expertise in Plant related activities · Ability to convert data into clear business insights and recommendations · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills · High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach · Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP / BI tools (SAP, Power BI , Copilot ) preferred --- Qualifications · CA with 4-5 years work experience / CMA with 7-8 years work experience · Experience in manufacturing / metals / large corporate environment preferred --- Reporting · Reports to: F&A Cluster head ---
