🚀 We're Hiring | Technical Account Manager 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Experience: 2–3 years ⏱️ Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners About the Role We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can manage enterprise client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have experience working with customer onboarding platforms, a good understanding of APIs, and strong client coordination and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of client issues by working closely with relevant internal teams.
• Work with clients to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Support client requirements related to APIs and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer onboarding and experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, Implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience working with customer onboarding platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, preferably in the BFSI domain.
• Good understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
