Role Purpose The Technical Manager owns the technical integrity, engineering interface and asset maintenance strategy for the Bangalore lab facility, ensuring safe and reliable operation of process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, and maintaining a clearly defined engineering boundary between facilities-managed and lab-managed infrastructure. The role provides technical assurance across specialist and statutory maintenance activities and acts as the primary technical authority supporting the Site Lead. Key Responsibilities Engineering & Asset Management

• Own the site's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS — e.g. Corrigo), including work order logging, scheduling and tracking for workplace and lab assets.

• Define and maintain the technical boundary between facilities (JLL)-managed and lab-managed infrastructure, including power supply, compressed air, fume hood extraction, oil sinks/sumps, gas detection systems and electrical distribution.
