Role: Technical Product Trainer - L&D Location: Bangalore, Mumbai Work Timings: UK Shift (1pm-10 pm) Work Mode: Hybrid Introduction: We are seeking a Capital Markets & Fund Accounting professional with strong domain expertise in investment banking, capital markets, and financial services operations, combined with a proven track record in learning and development. This role blends deep functional knowledge with training leadership, focusing on designing and delivering impactful learning solutions across fund accounting, capital markets, and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on operational experience along with the ability to translate complex concepts into structured, practical, and engaging learning interventions. Exposure to Private Equity, REITs, SPV structures, AIFM, and Depositary services is highly desirable.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

• Design and deliver engaging training programs across capital markets, fund accounting, and financial services operations
• Develop structured learning paths, SOPs, process training materials, and case-based content aligned to business needs
• Lead Training Needs Identification (TNI) initiatives to assess capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions
• Conduct training workshops for senior stakeholders, covering governance, regulatory frameworks, and product/service offerings
• Partner with SMEs and business leaders to co-create content across SPV services, AIFM, Depositary, and capital markets domains
