Role Overview We are looking for an Technical Program Manager with a strong technical or product delivery background to join our newly established Implementation Management team. In this role, you will independently lead cross-domain initiatives—ranging from high-volume platform migrations to regional product launches, remediation projects, and platform onboardings. You will sit within the Servicing organisation, but will align directly with partner product segments outside Servicing, leading cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance. This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on systems curiosity, program management rigour, pattern recognition, and a passion for process
