About the Role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own customer implementations from signed deal to go-live. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team, translating business requirements into technical delivery and making sure every rollout lands on time. This role needs someone who can talk APIs and integrations with our developers in the morning and walk a client's leadership through a project plan in the afternoon. Every client runs a different ERP, process and distribution model. Your job is to understand it, plan for it, and deliver. - Own delivery: Plan and run client implementation projects end to end, covering scope, timelines, resources, risks and go-live.
- Lead client conversations: Act as the main point of contact for clients during delivery. Run kick-offs, requirement workshops, status reviews and escalations with business and IT stakeholders.
