Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Architect with 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, solution design, and functional architecture. The candidate should have strong expertise in at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor, along with working knowledge of other HCM modules. The role requires the ability to lead solution design discussions, define cross-module dependencies, guide functional teams, and ensure scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned to business requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across relevant modules.
- Experience in global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
- Exposure to HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, approval workflows, and integrations.
- Experience supporting solution demos, estimation, proposal inputs, or client presentations.
