About You
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and
supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) deployments and enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in at least one major Microsoft technology
domain, such as Microsoft Security, Enterprise Mobility, or Office 365, with a good understanding of integration with other applications.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 E5 Security,
Microsoft Copilot, Exchange Online/Email, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS), Active Directory (on-premises and Azure), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender services, Windows 11
Enterprise, endpoint security, OS patching, and device management tools such as WSUS, MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
Experience in incident management, log analysis, security
monitoring, SIEM, configuration changes, reporting, and end-user support.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and
end-user training skills.
The resource must be a full-time, regular, on-roll employee
of the bidder. The CV must be certified by the bidder’s HR and submitted along with the bid.
Wllingness to travel to other REC locations for on-site
support when issues cannot be resolved remotely. What you ‘ll do:
Provide L2 support and administration for Microsoft 365
services, including E5 Security, Copilot, Email, Teams, EMS, Active Directory, and SSO.
Assist L1 teams in resolving critical incidents and manage
day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and configuration changes within defined SLAs.
