Technical Writer

Job Description Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical products, tools, and documentation processes. The Junior Technical Writer will work closely with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts to help produce documentation for software products, user guides, release notes, and internal process documentation.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, FAQs, deployment notes, and product updates.
• Gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to translate technical input into clear, user-friendly content.
• Follow documentation templates, style guides, and internal standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Update existing documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, and release cycles.
• Support documentation activities in Agile workflows, including sprint-based updates and release documentation.
