Technician

Job Title: AC TechnicianDepartment: Maintenance / HVACJob Summary: An AC Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air-conditioning systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and commission air-conditioning units, including split AC, window AC, and central AC systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of AC equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and cooling-related problems.

• Check refrigerant gas levels, detect leaks, and perform gas charging as required.

• Clean air filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and drain lines.

• Repair or replace faulty compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, and other components.

• Maintain service records and prepare maintenance reports.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

• Attend customer complaints and complete service calls on time.
