Job Description Job Description: Maintenance Technician – Blade Manufacturing Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our state-of-the-art wind turbine blade manufacturing facility in Halol, Gujarat. You will be responsible for the uptime, reliability, and maintenance of specialized production equipment, including molding machines, resin infusion systems, overhead cranes, and automated material handling systems, ensuring seamless production of high-quality wind turbine blades. Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance plans for production machinery, hydraulic Power Hinges, and vacuum systems to prevent downtime in the manufacturing process.
• Corrective Maintenance: Perform root-cause analysis and repair on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems utilized in the blade molding and finishing processes.
• Operational Support: Provide rapid technical support to the production floor to address equipment breakdowns immediately, minimizing impact on manufacturing cycle times.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (LOTO, permit-to-work systems) within the high-output manufacturing environment of the Halol plant.
• Project Work: Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment or plant upgrades.
• Documentation: Log all maintenance activities and spare parts consumption in the plant’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
