- Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the unit during working hours
- Provides leadership, staff development and resource management.
- Ensures quality standards and practices are complied, maintained and evaluated when necessary.
- Works closely with OT Superior, Doctors to ensure the high standard of service render to the patient and need /exceed customers expectation
