4.0 To give appointment. 4.1 To give instruction to the patient. 4.2 To prepare the patient for the procedures. 4.3 To arrange the electrodes wherever required. 4.4 To conduct the investigations properly. 4.5 To be responsible for labeling and stamping of the tracings. 4.6 To get the reporting done by Neurologist. 4.7 To get the report typed and signed. 4.8 To despatch the report to the respective location. 4.9 To discharge the patient. 4.10 To help the patients in dressing. 4.11 To indent the consumable and non – consumable. 4.12 To clear the instrument and leads. 4.13 To collect items from Store. 4.14 To get the linen and change the same. 4.15 To maintain log books of Equipment. 4.16 To maintain liaison with Bio-Medical Engineer for routine maintenance of the Equipment. 4.17 To be responsible for reporting incidents in the Incident Forms used hospital wide. 4.18 To maintain liaison with Anesthetists for sleep study. 4.19 To maintain registers of referring, reporting (EEG) & (EMG) Doctors and communicating the same to the marketing department. 4.20 To perform any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work. 4.21 The Staff has to comply to all six IPSGs:-
