Technology Product Management Lead Analyst - C13 - CHENNAI

We are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and delivery-focused Technology Product Management Lead Analyst (C13) to support the evolution of Citi's Operating Model AI (OMAI) platform. This role will serve as a key liaison between Business, Operations, Risk, Controls, Data, AI/Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational transparency, governance, reporting, workflow management, and data-driven decision making across the organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Business Stakeholders, and End Users to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and drive the successful delivery of platform capabilities. The role requires strong product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, technology constraints, and governance requirements. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, execution-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing risks, removing impediments, and delivering high-quality outcomes while building strong partnerships across a diverse stakeholder base.
