Title : Tele-Caller / Senior Tele-Caller Business : Inbound & Outbound – Call Centre Operations Tele-caller – (JD)Job Description § Candidate should have good language fluency on English, Tamil & Hindi (other regional language is optional) § Should have good system knowledge, should be able to understand how to access and navigate software applications like Dialer, CRM, Appointment booking software etc. used internally for capturing customer interaction. § Should be a good team player and need to be flexible enough to work in different shift timings. § Candidate should have good confidence level, convincing skills and interpersonal skills. § Candidate should communicate and report the day to day activities to the respective manager on any given day. Need to perform the day to day task assigned by the respective manager efficiently. § Candidate should have good understanding knowledge about customer service and should handle customer queries in a professional way. § Should be able to provide proactive customer assistance to achieve customer delight and high level customer satisfaction.
